Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, experienced in salon leadership, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high-quality salon standards.
As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining salon operations, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise stylists
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Order products and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team performance and salon growth
Qualifications
- Active California Cosmetology License required
- Previous salon management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of salon services, products, and retail sales
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
